Join Diana B for an invigorating and empowering flow class designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. In this class, we will explore the seamless integration of breath, movement, and mindfulness, creating a holistic experience that nourishes our overall well-being.
During the class, Diana will offer hands-on adjustments and personalized guidance to support your alignment and enhance your experience. These adjustments will be delivered with care and respect for each individual's comfort level, ensuring a safe and empowering environment for all participants.
The best part? All proceeds from ticket sales go to BeaYOUtiful, helping fund our work for a more confident generation of young girls!

7:00pm- Meet at Blackie Spit park and get ready to sweat!
7:10pm- Welcome + Intro to BeaYOUtiful
7:15pm- Yoga class starts
8:15pm- Yoga class wraps

The purpose of the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is to instil the value of self-worth and self-love in young women, inspiring them to build confidence through acts of passion, kindness, community and connection.
BeaYOUtiful provides a Six-Week Confidence Program, Five-Week Mental Wellness Program and the annual Inspired By HER Conference for female and non-binary youth ages 8-14. All programming is offered FREE of charge thanks to community partners and generous donors like you!
